Dr. Parth Patel graduated from University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA earning his Doctorate in physical therapy. His primary experience has been in outpatient orthopedics treating a variety of musculoskeletal disorders and injury prevention. Dr. Patel prides himself in delivering high quality 1-on-1 care to help his patients return to the activities that they enjoy in their lives.
His continuing education with Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) and other various manual therapy and orthopedic courses allow him to perform thorough and efficient evaluation in order to analyze the way you move in order to determine source of pain versus only the symptoms that are causing your problem. By utilizing a variety of therapy techniques (Graston, Functional Myofascial Release, Myofascial Decompression (MFD)), he is able to improve movement dysfunctions and tissue restrictions to help improve one’s movement capability. Another essential component is being able to prescribe corrective exercises that help restore proper movement patterns to maintain long lasting changes in the body.
Dr. Patel is constantly updating his treatment methodology, and finding ways to provide the best impact for his patients via continuing education in order to stay on top of new and innovating assessment/treatment techniques.
